  • Regional Coverage: Our logistics network currently services Peninsular Malaysia. At this time, we do not facilitate deliveries to East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) or international destinations to ensure product integrity remains uncompromised.
  • Shipping Tariffs: A standardized delivery fee of RM15 applies per item.
  • Complimentary Delivery: Free shipping is extended for all orders exceeding RM350 in a single transaction.
  • Fulfillment Timeline: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated arrival is between 3 to 7 business days, subject to courier schedules and seasonal demand.
  • Operating Hours: Dispatch operations are conducted from Monday to Saturday. We do not facilitate deliveries on Sunday or Public Holidays to ensure the freshness and safety of our curated items.
  • Premium Handling: Each HamperHauz collection is secured with high-grade protective packaging to withstand transit while maintaining its aesthetic presentation.

  • Bespoke Substitution: Due to the seasonal nature of premium goods, HamperHauz reserves the right to substitute any item within a hamper with a product of equivalent or greater value should the original be unavailable. This ensures timely delivery without compromising the overall quality.
  • Recipient Information Accuracy: The client is responsible for providing precise delivery coordinates. Any redirection or re-delivery attempts resulting from inaccurate information may incur additional logistics charges.
  • Price Finality: All prices listed are final at the point of purchase. HamperHauz reserves the right to adjust pricing in accordance with market fluctuations or promotional cycles.

Given the bespoke nature of our gift hampers and the inclusion of artisanal food products, our return policy is governed by the following protocols:
  • Eligibility for Claims: We only facilitate returns or replacements in the event of structural damage, breakage, or incorrect fulfillment occurring during transit.
  • The 24-Hour Reporting Window: To maintain our quality standards, any discrepancies or damages must be reported to our Concierge Team within 24 hours of receipt, as verified by our logistics partners.
  • Evidence of Discrepancy: Clients are required to provide high-resolution photographic or video documentation of the unboxing process to validate the claim for assessment.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, items that have been opened or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.
